Millsap Nexus Partners ("we," "us") is a consulting firm based in Newark, New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect through millsapnexus.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to respond to you and do our work, and we never sell it.

Like most websites, our site collects basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device type, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used, not to identify you.

What we don't do
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not share it with anyone else unless you ask us to, or the law requires it.
Client information and AI
When we work with you, we may see sensitive information about your organization, staff and the people you serve. We treat it as confidential. We never enter client information into public or free generative-AI tools. Where we use AI to support our work, we use only paid business platforms whose terms protect your data. Specific confidentiality and data-handling terms are set out in each client agreement.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies, small files stored in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. Others, set by Squarespace, count visits and show which pages are popular. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we're in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterward in case you get back in touch. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We protect information with access limited to our team, secure business accounts with multi-factor sign-in, and providers that encrypt data. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
• Stop contacting you

Children
Our site and services are for organizations and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
