New major programmatic opportunity to partner with city government valued at $66 million dollars, required organization to develop systems to implement, manage and report on program activities, metrics and spending.
RESULT:
Orchestrated design and delivery of a net-new shared system, processing ~8,000-10,000 submissions per month from multiple agencies and routing cases to multiple downstream partners, improving processing capability while reducing service disruption and reputational risk.

Existing invoice processing workflow and systems were causing delays in payments to partners, staff inability to see status of invoice in process or if invoice was paid. There was no capability to understand from a financial point of view, what and where things were. This also resulted in reputational issues for the organization.

Architected workflow automation + AI-assisted processing to reduce manual effort and errors (e.g., saved 20–25 hours/month and reduced exceptions by ~80%), improving customer experience and lowering reputational risk.
